1. Spooky Jack-O-Lantern
Made with a plain, mini frozen cheese pizzas, many pepperoni slices, sliced olives and a bell pepper. Cut the pepperoni slices into triangles for its “eyes.” Place an olive slice on the pizza for a “nose” and a sliver of pepper for a “mouth.” Prepare pizza according to the directions. Make as many or as little as you like according to your needs and desires.
2. Eyeballs
Take pimento-stuffed green olives and slice them into rounds, keeping the pimento intact. Place each slice of olive on a Gibson onion. These make great garnishes for dips or cocktails.
3. Pumpkins
Use a pumpkin cookie cutter and make pumpkin shaped cutouts of foods like cookies and sandwiches.
4. Dirt
Fill plastic cups with chocolate pudding or vanilla pudding with food coloring to imitate mud. Inside the pudding, place some gummy worm candies and crumbled Oreos (or crushed chocolate cookies) on top. To be even more creative, you can also serve these in small, little flower pots from the hardware or craft stores.
5. Witch’s Hats
Make hats by glazing plain shortbread cookies or plain cookies with a dark frosting. Drop an unwrapped chocolate kiss in the middle of each cookie to act as the point on each of the hats.
